The Humanitarian Aid and Development Center was created by a group of citizens who from the beginning of the armed conflict in eastern Ukrainehave been provided comprehensive assistance and support to people in distress. For 4 years4.4 million people have been affected by the armed conflict of which about 3.4 million are in need of humanitarian assistance.
Provide comprehensive assistance and support to create favorable conditions for people affected by military conflict.
To contribute to the development of civil community, providing the medical, social, legal, information, educational care, which will help people to overcome the heavy vital moments and to begin to build the life anew.
Our organizationis guided by four fundamental humanitarian principles:
Humanity.
Ability to respect the human person. To show philanthrophy in any situation.
Neutrality.
The principle of not taking part in hostilities or participating in disputes of a political, racial, religious or ideological nature.
Impartiality.
The most important principle of humanitarian activity, determines the provision of assistance in the absence of discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, class or political opinion. Reminds us of the equality of people in the face of disaster.
Independence.
Our organization is isotropic in relation to political and military changes, adheres to the principles of humanitarianism and does not pursue financial benefits.
